500 Nestlé employees from Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland achieved healthier habits and a better work-life balance in the fall of 2014.
Comments like “I think the project was awesome, and it definitely raised my opinion about Nestlé as a workplace” and “The project made me realize how bad sleeping patterns I used to have. And I was actually not aware of this!” weren’t the only ones after the employees had struggled through eight weeks of focusing on being the best possible version of themselves while competing for the honor of being the healthiest country in Nestlé Nordic.
Nestlé is an experienced company when it comes to digital health campaigns, and therefore took this campaign a step further and focused more on several work-life balance and mental parameters than what you see in the usual health initiatives.
The campaign hit the spot, both among the participants, with Nestlé as a workplace and with Nestlé in the Danish media.
Particularly the results in improving sleep patterns and better work-life balance aroused great enthusiasm, and the close cooperation between Nestlé and 7Peaks means that the 2015 edition of the campaign is already looking far more ambitious when it comes to creating healthy results across the Nordic borders.
